Which software do estate agencies in Spain use?

Of the 3,995 Spanish estate agencies whose website or email address shows which software they work in, 1,118 use Inmovilla, 28 %. One office in four runs its network's own system, mostly Tecnocasa and Redpiso, and among the other named programs Inmoweb, eGO Real Estate, InmoPC and Mobilia follow. Tecnocasa's system shows at 680 offices and Redpiso's at 188. In numbers, Inmoweb has 378 agencies, eGO Real Estate 245, InmoPC and Mobilia 215 each and witei 110, and another 224 show software linked to pisos.com without naming it.

And agencies that are not part of a chain?

Among agencies outside a chain, Inmovilla's lead is larger: of the 2,998 whose website shows their software, 1,118 use it, 37 %. Inmoweb has 13 %, eGO Real Estate 8 %, InmoPC, Mobilia and the software linked to pisos.com about 7 % each, and witei 4 %.

Which software do agencies in the Balearics use?

Inmovilla leads in the Balearics too, with 102 of the 322 agencies whose website shows their software, 32 %. Inmoweb follows with 38, eGO Real Estate with 34 and onOffice with 32, then Mobilia with 23, InfoCasa with 22 and Inmoplus with 21. onOffice is almost only found on the islands: 32 of the 33 agencies in the whole count that show it are in the Balearics.

And in Barcelona and the rest of Catalonia?

Inmovilla leads in Catalonia as it does in Spain as a whole, with 277 of the 963 agencies whose website shows their software, 29 %. After it come Inmoweb with 136, the software linked to pisos.com with 134, Mobilia with 93, Tecnocasa's offices with 81, eGO Real Estate with 70, InmoPC with 40 and witei with 34.

And on the Costa del Sol?

On the Costa del Sol Inmovilla does not lead: Inmobalia has 71 of the 339 agencies whose website shows their software, 21 %, and Inmovilla 68, 20 %. Tecnocasa's offices follow with 32, then Inmoenter with 29, eGO Real Estate and Inmoweb with 23 each and InmoPC with 18. The Resales Online network shows on 98 websites on the coast, 89 of them with no other program, so there the website often says which network an agency shares its listings through, but not which CRM it keeps its clients in.

How was it counted, and what does the count not say?

We read the websites of 9,259 estate agencies in Spain from Solutra's call list in autumn 2026, 2,100 more could not be read, and 3,995 of those we read show which software the agency works in. Each website was read without running JavaScript, and a program was only noted when the page's own code shows it or when the office's page or email address sits on its network's domain, so the offices of a chain are counted one by one. Each agency is placed in a region by its town and phone prefix, and the Costa del Sol is the coast from Manilva to Nerja, with Sotogrande and San Roque. It is Solutra's call list, where Catalonia makes up a third of the rows, so the numbers describe the agencies we read and not the whole market. And programs that build the agency's website leave a clearer trace in its code than programs that do not, so they show up more often here than they may among all agencies.

What should an agency check before it changes software?
