How AI search chooses an agency
More buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity which agency to call. What these assistants read, and what an agency can do about it.

A new first question
A buyer planning a move to Mallorca no longer only types estate agent Sóller into Google. Many ask an AI assistant which agency in Sóller can help a family find a home with a sea view. The assistant answers with a few names. Being one of them is the new version of being on the first page.
What the assistants read
Assistants with web search read the same web as Google, but they look for clear answers. A page that says plainly who you are, where you work and what you sell is easier to quote than a page built around a slider and a slogan. What others write about you, on portals, directories and review sites, counts too.
What an agency can do
Write the facts in plain text on your website: your areas, your specialities, your address. Keep them the same everywhere you appear. Make sure the site lets search crawlers in. None of this is a trick. It is what makes a site easy to understand, for people and machines alike.
Measure it honestly
Nobody outside the AI companies knows exactly how an answer is chosen, and anyone who promises a placement is guessing. What you can do is ask. Write down the five questions your buyers would ask, put them to the assistants every month, and see whether your agency is named.
