How we helped BO Mallorca see where buyers find them, and where they don't

An SEO & GEO analysis, done with BO Mallorca's permission. We asked AI search the questions buyers ask, 96 times in six languages, and reviewed their website page by page. Here is how BO appears today, and what changes with the fixes.

What we did, and what it changes

Three steps: we measured how AI search and Google see BO Mallorca today, found what holds the name back, and showed what the numbers look like 90 days after the fixes every Solutra website has as standard.

Measured

96 answers from AI search in six languages to 16 questions asked from the buyer's own country, and a technical review of 74 pages.

Found the gaps

0 of 223 listings readable as listings, listing pages in the sitemap in English only, no canonical address on any page, and a home page that takes 7.7 s on a phone.

Showed the change

What the same questions would answer 90 days after the fixes, with the source under every number.

The after column is a forecast, not a measurement: BO Mallorca's website is their own and does not run on Solutra. How we got each number is explained further down, with the source next to it.

The agency AI search names most, until the question is in Swedish or German

We asked 14 questions that buyers and sellers ask, in the six languages of BO's website, three times each to OpenAI and Claude with web search, from the buyer's own country. 84 answers in all.

38 of 84

answers named BO Mallorca, more than any other agency in the test.

29

answers used bo-mallorca.com as a source, more than any other website.

Where buyers hear the name, and where they don't

In Norwegian, Spanish and English, AI search names BO more often than anyone. In Swedish, the language of most of its clients, Bjurfors Mallorca is named in 15 of 18 answers and BO in 7. In Danish and German, the answers go to agencies that write for those buyers.

26 of 42OpenAI GPT-5.5
12 of 42Claude Sonnet 5.5

The two engines search the web differently. In Swedish, Claude read svenskfast.se and bjurfors.se in all nine of its answers and bo-mallorca.com in none, so it never named BO. A page one engine finds, the other can miss.

The rebrand has landed. Asked directly about BO Mallorca, all 12 answers got it right: founded in 2005, an office in Santa Catalina, Scandinavian buyers, and the former names Mallorcafastigheter and Mallorcaresidencia. What is missing is the name in the answers where the buyer does not ask for it.

A canonical address and every language version on every page, each listing as structured data with its price, rooms and location, a sitemap with every language, AI search let in by name, and the same questions asked again every month in the SEO & GEO report. The agency changes nothing to get it.
